I have been Joan's neighbor for many years. She also called us when she had extra goodies or needed to borrow an egg or sugar. Her kind heart would then send us a half dozen eggs from replace the one she borrowed. We always talked her her while visiting with Josie I can't tell you how much we will miss her and Josie. May she rest in peace.
