My sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Muriel. I had the pleasure of working with Muriel for several years and she was wonderful person who always loved talking about the items she was crocheting. Muriel would on occasion come and visit us at work and always had the biggest smile on her face. Heaven has brought home their beautiful Angel where she can watch over her family and friends. Muriel will be sadly missed. Maryanne Weber

Our Aunt Muriel was especially a special breed! She was the most loving,,caring, compassionate, kind, gentle, tender sweetheart of Aunts & an extraordinary woman. She was always there for family as this was her giving tribute to her life, whether it be her sons, grandkids or great-grandkids, nieces & nephews, brothers, sisters,in-laws; etc. She loved to chrochet, her Mom teaching her early, she made beautiful christening gowns, baby blankets, baby booties & even toy doll toilet paper holders; all of us treasuring each gift, as the family grew! And she loved to bake her infamous chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin & sugar cookies for all who entered her door! Her fudge was splendid, too, along with her cocoa in the wintertime! Aunt Muriel loved photography & her camera eye was at every family function & event! She did our whole wedding in 2000, the mellinium year as a wedding gift to us! We will be forever grateful! To All the Wheat family; our beloved Aunt Muriel went home in style; just as she did all her life...... " the Bangor way "! Our heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathies to all of you. Rest Peacefully Aunt Muriel (Mert) You are now reunited with your son, David, as missing him all these years is no longer a hardship. Say hello to all of our departed ones for us. We will love and miss you forevermore! Lovingly, Nephew Frankie & Donna & family.
