Diane was my grandma, we called her Mimi. She always made us smile and one summer she brought my sisters and I to a place that was like what we wanted to be when we grow up. She took me to the culinary Institute of America and I just remembered that after the tour we never saw anything for cooking we only saw the baking. So she asked the tour guide if we could see some of the cooking area’s and the tour guide took us by ourselves to all the cooking area’s and I even got a chef hat. I will always remember that day and keep anything that it’s cooking or baking forever especially that chef hat.

One of the first to greet and welcome us 20 years ago when we moved in down the street. Diane, may God bless and keep you in His arms and look down upon your family with His grace and love…when I’m called home, I hope you’ll put in a good word for me. No one could of asked for a better neighbor…sleep in peace.
