We have many good memories of a kind and loving brother-in-law and uncle. Our sympathy and love to Phil’s children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

I will always remember Uncle Phil as the one person I could talk to about all things technical when I was growing up. His ability to make things simple to understand is something I strive to emulate. He was someone who I could always go to with a question, and got an answer no matter what the subject. My love goes out to all the family affected by his passing.

Although I was very young when we left Newburgh for Niagara Falls, I have a lasting memory of my Uncle Phil. Whenever our families got together Uncle Phil would give me the warmest hugs. Even as a small child, I understood his affection was genuine. If there is one silver lining when we lose someone we love, it has to be that they reunite with loved ones in heaven. I’d like to think that Nanny is cooking something wonderful for him as my father pulls out the chair for his brother.
