Obituary of Robert Buchanan

On the morning of August 27, 2015 our Lord called our brother, Robert Buchanan, home. Robert was an Army veteran, former employee of Crowley Milk Co. in Newburgh, avid bowler and enjoyed photography.
Robert was predeceased by his wife and soul mate, Anna, and a sister, Patricia Decker of Colorado. He is survived by his brother, Douglas Buchanan of Alburn, NY; sisters: Helen Forrester of Wallkill; Goldie LeMunyan of Montgomery; Alma Hoisington of Alabama, and Beverly Hughes of New Port Richey, FL.; son, Robert and wife, Linda Buchanan of PA; daughter, Jacklyn Dehn of PA; grandchildren: Russell and Matthew Buchanan of PA, John, David and Kimberly Echenoz of PA, and many nieces and nephews in NY and PA.
A celebration of Robert’s life will be held on Friday, September 11th from 2-4 PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. A memorial service will follow at 4 PM at the funeral home.
