Throughout our school years in Marlboro Judy and I were classmates and friends. When we got together years later on several occasions she still had her bright personality, vitality, and sense of humor. Her passing makes me very sad. Sincere condolences to Walt, her children and grandchildren, brother Robert, and all the family.

Julia liked to spend summer mornings, when it was cooler, working in the flower beds pulling weeds or planting flowers. We often stood in the shade of the tree in her front yard, sharing anecdotes about our families, or telling funny stories about our daily lives.
Julia was a good friend, and a wonderful neighbor! She is missed greatly already!

Judy is my sister-in-law and very best friend. She’s been married to my brother Walt for about 30 years now. Her and I became good friends about nine years ago when my sister, Anna and I would go to their BBQ’s at their house. Judy and I went out for coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts one day and that’s where our friendship began. We started having lunch together every other week. And lunches turned into our favorite, which was hot fudge sundaes. I don’t know how I missed out on her friendship the first 20 years of their marriage. But I am so grateful that I got to know her and her beautiful family. Judy always spoke very highly and lovingly of her family when we were together But her greatest treasure was her grandchildren? I will treasure All the good times that we had my friend. Rest in peace until we meet again. Love, Ruth.

Q: How would you describe Julia to someone who had never met them?
A: We met Judy when our sons were best friends in school and played sports together. She was super fun and had the best laugh. We spent a lot of time sitting in bleachers, traveling to games, and eating in diners. She was a good person and a good friend
