Donna J. Holzheid of Walden, NY, passed away at home on Thursday, August 10 2023. The daughter of Gerald and June Bunting Rhodes, she was born on October 25, 1958 in Newburgh, NY. She was 64 years old. She was an employee of Valley Central School District.

Donna is survived by her husband, Paul Holzheid at home; daughters: Jessica Manny and her husband, Kyle of Walden, Shannon Stanley and her husband, Guillermo of Middletown; step daughter, Renee DeZemo and her husband, Josh of Montgomery; sisters: Adelai Eaton, Debra Campbell and Denise Rhodes all of South Carolina; grandchildren: Mackenzie, Fernanda, Allen, Sofia, Lena, Chloe, and Giovanni; great grandson, Trevor; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Ray, and Donnie Rhodes and sister Diane Brown.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, August 17th at the Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to the Walden Humane Society, 2489 Albany Post Road, Walden, NY 12586.
