Kenneth Gaylord Coville of New Paltz,NY passed away on Friday August 4, 2023 at Centers at New Paltz. The son of Robert and Lucy Neilson Cuttler Coville, he was born on October 10, 1932 in Burnside, NY. He was 90 years old. He was a mechanic and bus driver for the Washingtonville School District and he was a Navy veteran. He was a widower of the late Marilyn Coville. Kenneth is survived by his companion, Jean Scalfari; son: Scott Coville; grandchildren: Scott J, Callista, Heidi, Joseph and Taylor; great grandchildren; Caylee and Carlee; step daughter, Dina Barnhart of Wallkill; sister, Patricia Moshier; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Louann and brothers, Bobby, Walt and Charlie. A visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, August 9th at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Funeral services will be held at 10 :00 am on Thursday, August 10th at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Hamptonburgh Cemetery, Hamptonburgh, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association
