Jean Theresa Burillo of Montgomery, formerly of Manchester, New Jersey passed away peacefully in Montgomery, New York. She was 96. Jean Walker Burillo was born on January 3, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY to James and Jean Toner Walker. Jean was married to the late Louis P. Burillo. She was a legal secretary for several years in East Meadow, Long Island. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Jean is survived by her children; Michael Burillo and wife Brenda of Montgomery, daughter Teresa Stone and husband Harry of New Jersey; brother, Robert Walker and wife Dotty of Florida; grandchildren, Jason Stone (Michelle), Michael Burillo (Kristen), Jeffrey Burillo (Gracie), Alicia Burillo, Vincent Burillo; great grandchildren, Abigail Stone, Emily Stone, Jessica Stone, Matthew Stone, Nathan Burillo, Lucas Burillo and Weston Burillo

She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Louis; son, James L. Burillo; sisters, Anna Schlott and Elizabeth Merrigan; brother James Walker.

Visitation will be held on Sunday August 6, 2023 from 2-5 PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home 39 Orchard Street Walden, NY 12586. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday August 7, 2023 at 11 AM at Holy Name of Mary-Assumption Church 89 Union Street, Montgomery, NY 12549. Burial will be held on Tuesday, August 8 at 12:30 PM in Brigadeer General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Province Line Rd. Wrightstown, NJ 08562.
