Roselayn L. “Lyn” McCormick, a homemaker, of Anderson, SC passed away on Tuesday April 18 2023 in Hartwell, Georgia. The daughter of The late Vernon and Kathryn Robinson Bignes, she was born on April 7, 1936 in Watertown, NY. She was 87 years old. She was the widow of the late Charles E. McCormick.
Lyn is survived by her sons: Jeffrey McCormick and his wife, Linda of Converse, TX and Todd McCormick and his wife, Rene of Anderson, SC; daughter, Susan Jennings of Florida; grandchildren: Kory, Stephen, Zack and Tyler; great grandchildren: Silver, Tobin, Patrick, Lachlan, Amelia and Cora; nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 5th at the Holy Name of Mary Church, Montgomery. Burial will be in the St. Mary’s Cemetery, Montgomery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society of a Veterans organization of one’ s choice.
