Obituary of Raymond C. Raimondo

Raymond C. Raimondo of Frackville, PA, formerly of Maybrook, NY passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Pottsville Rehab and Nursing Center Pottsville, PA. The son of the late Raymond J. and Sandra Hoffman Raimondo, he was born on August 24, 1960 in Alhambra, Calif. He was 62 years old. He spent his career in warehouse management. Ray enjoyed working with his hands remodeling homes, often with the help of his sons. He was a lifelong Beatles fan, who loved old time radio programs, the Yankees, the Miami Dolphins, and any TV show about the history of gold mining. Everyone who knew Ray knews his one true love was Dunkin Donuts. Raymond is survived by his former wife, Donna Raimondo of New Philadelphia, PA; sons: Matthew Raimondo (Taylor) of Montgomery, NY, Julian Raimondo (Melissa) of Schuylkill Haven, PA, Evan Raimondo of Frackville, PA, and, Jason Harty of Steelton, PA; daughters: Heather Harty of Erie, PA and Amber Harty of Moon Township, PA; brother, Domnick Raimndo (Ann) of Cragsmoor, NY; sisters: Yvonne Raimondo of Deltona, FL, Nita Brown (Alfred) of Walden, NY, Marisa Reynolds (Charles) of Callahan , FL, Gina Lown, of Callahan, FL, Michele Roosa (Deming) of Liberty, NY; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Dino Raimondo. A visitation will be held from 11am-1 pm on Monday, January 23rd at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Burial will be in the Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice.
