Joseph L. Lockhart of Walden NY passed away at Montefiore Hospital, Bronx, NY on Saturday, November 19, 2022. Born on May 1, 1961 in Shelby, North Carolina, he was 61 years old.

Joseph is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Rocke Lockhart at home; son, Joemel Lockhart; brother, Larry Lockhart; sisters: Eddiesue Lockhart and Ruby Kearney; grandchildren: Dylan, Nyasia and Jayden. He was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.

A visitation will be held from 5-8 PM on Wednesday, November 30th at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Cremation was at the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to be used at their discretion.
