Nicole M. Merritt of Walden, NY passed away at home on Saturday, January 6, 2018. The daughter of William Merritt and Elizabeth Cardone Anton, she was born on August 16, 1980 in Yonkers, NY. She was 37 years old. She was a retail manager for Quick Checks in Orange County.
Nicole is survived by her spouse, Consuelo Briggs and her son, Eric-Angel at home; mother, Elizabeth Anton of Phoenix, AZ; father, William Merritt of Rockland County; brother, William Merritt of Goshen; sister, Melissa Merritt of Rockland County; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 3-5 PM on Saturday, January 13th at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Funeral services will begin at 5 PM at the funeral home following the visitation. Cremation will be in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh.
