Linda Thompson of Montgomery, NY passed away at home on Monday, August, 22, 2022. The daughter of Donald and Elizabeth Marsh Ward, she was born on September 15, 1948 in Watertown, NY. She was 73 years old. Linda was the Village Clerk for the Village of Montgomery, NY.
Linda is survived by her husband, Anthony Thompson at home; daughters: Deanna Wild of Montgomery and Roxanna Baty (Lee) of Crawford; grandchildren, Charles (Candace), Tylor (Evelyn), Lee II ( Amanda), and Jon, 7 great grandchildren; best friend, Sara Monk and her husband, Jim and family; and her precious dog, Sammy. She was predeceased by her sister, Connie Eager.
Private graveside services and burial was held on Saturday, August 27th at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Montgomery, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to the Walden Humane Society 2489 Albany Post Road, Walden, NY 12586
