Jaymz Earl DeRosa Jr. of Walden, NY passed away on August 12, 2022. The son of Candace Parks Hall and James DeRosa, he was born on April 27, 1991 in Newburgh, NY. He was 31 years old.
Jaymz is survived by his parents; Richard and Candace Hall of Walden, James DeRosa and wife Krys of Wallkill; son, Issac J. DeRosa of Walden; brothers, Richard Hall Jr. and wife Brenna Hall of Washingtonville, Ronald Hall of Walden and Anthony DeRosa; step-brother, Christopher O’Dell of Walden; sisters, Ashley, Mersades and Brooklyn DeRosa of Wallkill; nieces, Alex O’Dell, Raelynn Hall and Ryleigh Hall; nephew Braden O’Dell; grandmother, Patricia DeRosa of Montgomery; uncle, Jason; aunts, Cathy Parks, Ronda Parks and Lisa Parks of Middletown.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, Ronald and Marcia Parks, Raymond and Ethal Hall, Grandfather, Lawrence DeRosa.
Jaymz worked for Hudson Valley Tent since he was 14 years old. He loved to work. Jaymz was a loyal friend to many and will be greatly missed.
A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday August 25th from 6-8 pm at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, Inc. 39 Orchard St. Walden, NY 12586 845-778-3811. Cremation will be in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
