Obituary of Kenneth H Northrip

Kenneth H. Northrip of Montgomery, NY, formerly of Walden, NY passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at Garnet Medical Center, Town of Wallkill, NY. The son of Henry C. and Anna Mae Brach Northrip, he was born on June 1, 1935 in Wallkill, NY. H was 87 years old. He was a produce manager for Shop Rite, Montgomery, NY. He was a 60 year member of the Enterprise Seamer Co. of the Walden Fire Dept. and a member of the New Paltz Elks also and active in many local organizations. Survivors are his wife of 65 years, Dorothy J. Dell Northrip at home; sons: Brian Northrip (Jennifer) of Tenn., and Jeffery Northrip of Wurtsboro; daughters: Brenda Revella of Walden, Jeanie Northrip of Missouri, Karen Stemmler (William) of Montgomery, Gail Pacenza of Montgomery, and Annette Lanham of Maryland; brothers, Carl Northrip (Cheryl) of Middletown, and Henry Northrip (Murial) of Calif.; sisters: Ruby Huston (James) of Ohio, and Ruth Smith of Indiana; several grandchidren, great grandchildren, 1 great, great, grandchild, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Jo Marie and brother, Paul. A visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8pm on Wednesday, June 29th at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Funeral services will be held at 1PM on Thursday, June 30th at the funeral home. Cremation will be in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh.
