Beverly J. Hornkohl of Montgomery, NY passed away on Monday, March 6, 2017 at the Campbell Hall Nursing Home. The daughter of the late Raymond J. and Pearl Holsapple Hunt, she was born on October 16, 1937 in Poughkeepsie, NY. She was 79 years old. She was the widow of the late Robert A. Hornkohl. Beverly was employed as a switch board operator at Spence Engineering, Walden, NY and a member of the Montgomery Senior Citizens.
Survivors are her sister, Judith A. Sumnick and her husband, William of Gardiner; niece, nephew, great niece and great nephew.
A visitation will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Wednesday, March 8th at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Thursday, March 9th at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Walden Humane Society.
