Carmen Santiago Obituary
Carmen Santiago of Brooklyn, NY passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022 in Brooklyn Hospital, Brooklyn, NY. The daughter of Felix and Mercedes Gonzalez Santiago, she was born on April 28, 1937 in Arroyo, Puerto Rico. She was 84 years old. She was an employee of Sweet & Low, Brooklyn.
Carmen is survived by her daughter Neida Baron-Cadiz (Kelli Baron-Cadiz) of Maybrook; grandchildren, Andrew and Brandon. Other members of her family are her sons, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and her pet dog, Chita.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, February 27th from 2-4 PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Funeral services will be held at 4 PM at the funeral home following the visitation. Cremation will be in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh. Memorial contributions may be made to the Walden Humane Society, 2489 Albany Post Road, Walden, NY 12586.
