Christopher Michael Montanaro, 48, of Ocala, Florida passed away January 6, 2022. He was the husband of Marie Montanaro.
Chris was born in Newburgh, New York on September 8, 1973 to Robert Montanaro and Mary Bonhote. He was a proud veteran and Senior Airman in the U.S. Air Force. Chris was a member of the Ocala VFW. He was a member of the Church of The Springs, Ocala. He was a member of the Ocala Jeep Club. He enjoyed bowling, ceramics, fishing, camping and his dogs. Chris was also an organ donor. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Christopher is survived by his wife, Marie Loretta Montanaro, son, Tyler Buttrick of Ocala, FL, father, Robert Montanaro and Mom, Julie Montanaro of Ocala, FL and Birth mother, Mary Bonhote of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Robert Montanaro, Jr., and Catherine of Walden, NY. He leaves behind numerous nieces, and nephews including Camryn Montanaro, Robert Montanaro III, Taryn Montanaro, James Byrne, Christian Montanaro, Kiley Montanaro, Grace Montanaro; aunt, Debbie Robb; uncle, Bill Bowen; many cousins.
