Marjorie E. Holman, a homemaker, of Montgomery, NY passed away at home on Friday, December 24, 2021. The daughter of Kenneth and Harriet Hinderlet Palen, she was born on February 18, 1928 in Maybrook, NY. She was 93 years old. She was the widow of the late Bruce K. Holman. She was a member of the Golden Links Senior Citizens of Maybrook.
Marjorie is survived by her daughters: Brenda William of Mass., Harriet Holman Touraine and her husband, Kip of Mountainville; Cassandra Wild of Montgomery and Faye Kelley and her husband, Lew of Ohio; 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her beloved cat, Cookie.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 29th from 10-12 pm at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon at the funeral home following the visitation. Burial will be in the Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden, NY.
