William E. Sutton of Maybrook, NY passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Garnet Health Medical Center, Town of Wallkill, NY. The son of the late Robert Reitmann and Helen Sutton, he was born on December 9, 1955 in Newburgh, NY. He was an auto mechanic for Broadway Buick, Newburgh, NY. He also worked at the Auto Auction. He was a motorcycle rider and model maker. William is survived by his brothers: James Nicholson III and his wife, Emeley of Walden, and Robert Reitmann of North Carolina; sisters: Dorann Nicholson of Circleville Sandra Fitzpatrick and her husband, Joe of Holbrook, NY and Crystal Reitmann of Mechanicsburg, PA; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Robert Reitmann , his mother, Helen Sutton Nicholson, his sister, Marie and nephew, Keith. A memorial visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Friday, October 8th at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Funeral services will be held at 8 pm following the visitation at the funeral home. Cremation was in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc.
