Mary L. Rossi of Pine Bush, NY passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh, NY. The daughter of Gilbert & Winifred Henry Turner, she was born on October 1 1943 in Walden, NY. She was 77 years old. She was a waitress at Dunkin Donuts, Newburgh for 30 years. Mary is survived by her husband, Leonard A. Rossi at home; son, Edward “Kelly” McCarvel and his companion, Susan of New Windsor; daughters: Betty Davis and her husband, Thomas of Pine Bush and Mary Cosman and her husband, Paul of Newburgh; daughter-in-law, Ondrea McCarvel of Walker Valley; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; several brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 2 sons: Robert and Walter McCarvel; stepson, Steven Rossi and grandson, Tyler Kyles. Mom was an amazing woman who gave her heart and soul to family, friends, and strangers. Always accepting, never judging. An angel to never be forgotten. We love you Mom. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, September 10th at Cedar Hill Mausoleum, 5468 Route 9W North, Newburgh, NY. Cremation was in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh.
