Obituary of Patricia M DiDonato

Patricia M DiDonato died at Garnet Medical Center on June 8,2021 with her children at her side. She was 96 years old. Patricia was born in Walden N.Y. on February 13,1925. She was born to the late William C. and Christina Kehoe Tenney. Patricia was a graduate of Walden High School and was a lifelong resident of Walden .She retired From the Times Herald Record as a circulation secretary at several locations. Patricia was an accomplished seamstress and made many beautiful things for her family and friends. She loved getting together with her family and instilled the importance of family in her children. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Patricia is survived by her son Michael A. DiDonato of Pine Bush ,daughters Patricia C. Eisley of Walden, Linda A. Marino and husband Michael of Middletown and Yvette M. DiDonato of Middletown, grandson Daniel Schnipper, granddaughter Jennifer Hadden and great-granddaughter Emily Hadden, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Tony H. DiDonato, brothers Richard Tenney ,Robert Tenney, William Tenney, Raymond Tenney, Francis Tenney Roland Tenney, James Tenney and sisters Mary Vantran, Christina Lyons, Theresa Pellegrino, Elizabeth Gockel and Anna Tenney. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 11 at 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the Gridley Horan Funeral Home on 39 Orchard Street, Walden N.Y. 12586. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Church of The Most Precious Blood, Walden, on Saturday June 12, 2021 at 12 noon . Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Montgomery, N.Y. Due to restrictions, masks must be worn. Memorial contributions can be made to the Walden Historical Society or Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties.
