Obituary of Peter A. Pacenza

Peter A. Pacenza of Middletown, NY passed away at the Northern Riverview Health Care Center, Haverstraw, NY on May 3, 2021. The son of the late Patrick and Marion Coons Pacenza, Sr., he was born on March 22, 1952 in Newburgh, NY. He was 69 years old. Peter was a custodian for the Valley Central Middle School, Montgomery, NY. He was a longtime member of AA and a Yankee fan. Survivors are his daughter, Kimberly Gray and her husband, Joseph; brothers: Robert, James, Richard and Thomas Pacenza; sister, Candace Havner; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Patrick Pacenza, Jr. A memorial visitation will be held from 2-4PM on Saturday, May 8th at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Due to the ongoing health and safety restrictions, face masks are required and a wait time may apply to enter the funeral home. Cremation was in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
