Victoria A. Worden, a homemaker, of Walden, NY passed away at home on Wednesday, April 26, 2017. The daughter of the late Edward and Anna Puchalski Popiel, she was born on July 16, 1925 in Wallkill, NY. She was 91 years old. She was a member of the Walden Senior Citizens.
Victoria is survived by her son, Robert Worden of Walden; granddaughter, Sabrina Worden and her mother, Denise Chase of Walden; nephew, Edward John Popiel of Cincinatti, OH and niece, Dr. Maryann Popiel of New York City, NY. She was predeceased by her brother, Edward Popiel.
A visitation will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Friday, April 28th at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Saturday, April 29th at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Montgomery, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Walden Humane Society.
