Obituary of John A. Sisco

John A. Sisco, age 59 of Maybrook, NY passed away on October 23, 2020 at Garnet Health Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill. The son of the late Gordon C. and Julia C. Gannon Sisco, he was born on May 25, 1961 in Tuxedo, NY. John worked as a boiler technician for Chester Valley Oil and was also a building materials salesman for Stevenson Lumber in New Windsor. He loved hunting and fishing. John was a loving grandfather- his grandchildren and family were everything to him. He will be dearly missed. John was also an organ donor. His retinas were damaged due to diabetes. John, being a person who always gave of himself, was able to donate both corneas which were used to help others. Survivors include his loving wife, Twyla A. Sisco at home; son, John S. Sisco and his wife, Kirsten of Walden; daughters, Gwen Roloson-Sharp of Montgomery, Bernadette Roloson Ellison of Denton, TX; sister, Diane Campo Sisco of TN; his loving grandchildren, Teagen, Kooper, Charly, Kaleb, Cheyanne and Skyler; special nephew, James “Toby” Sisco along with other nieces and nephews; long-time friend, Joe Roebuck. Cremation will be held at Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, NY. Memorial contributions may be made in John’s memory to the National Kidney Foundation.
