Jude Frederick Thumann, age 38 of Walden, NY passed away on August 9, 2020 in Bloomingburg. The son of Frederick A. Thumann and the late Trudy Willsey, he was born on August 14, 1981 in Middletown, NY. Jude worked as a landscaper for E & A Contracting in Montgomery. He will be dearly missed. Survivors include his father, Frederick A. Thumann and his wife, Linda, of Walden; brothers, Ted Thumann and his wife, Heather of Newfield, NY, Adam Mallia and his wife, Jackie of Lords Valley, PA, William Garrett of Interlaken, NY; sisters, Michelle Thumann and her husband, John of Walden, NY, Kelly DeGroat and her husband, Jason of Yankee Lake, NY; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation took place at Cedar Hill Crematory. A memorial visitation will be held from 4 – 6 pm on Monday, August 17th at Goodwill Church, 2135 Rte. 208, Montgomery, NY 12549. Services will begin at 6 PM. Burial of cremains will be in the Goodwill Cemetery following the service. Memorial contributions may be made in Jude’s memory to Goodwill Church.
