Loretta J. Nicoli, age 85 of Maybrook, NY passed away on November 20, 2019 at Orange Regional Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill, NY. The daughter of the late Melbourne and Ruth Warren, she was born on July 10, 1934 in Astoria, NY. Loretta was married to the late Joseph Nicoli.

Loretta worked as a Secretary for St. Luke’s Hospital in Newburgh, NY. She was active with the Maybrook Senior Citizens. She will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her daughter, Beverly J. Winnie and her husband, Malvin F., of Middletown, NY; grandchildren, Malvin F. Winnie Jr. and his wife, Dawn, and Diane R. Grogan; great-grandchildren, Joseph, Nicholas, Cassidy, Ethan and Gabryela; several nieces and nephews. Loretta was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.

A visitation will be held from 2-6PM on Friday, November 22nd at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St. Walden, NY 12586. Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Saturday, November 23rd at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden, NY.

Memorial contributions may be made in Loretta’s memory to the Walden Humane Society or Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties.
