Johanna Duffy of Middletown, NY passed away on January 13, 2018 at Middletown Park Manor. The daughter of the late David and Kathleen Connaire O’Sullivan, she was born on March 23, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY. She was 84 years old. Johanna worked as a secretary for Olin Corp in NYC. She was married to the late Edward J. Duffy.
