Eileen Marie Otis, age 36 of Monroe, NY passed away on March 7, 2019 at her home. The daughter of Paul and Dorothy Doolittle Otis, she was born on May 20, 1982 in Middletown, NY.
Survivors include her father, Paul N. Otis of Walden, NY; daughter, Julianna Mullins; brother, Michael Otis; one nephew, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services and cremation will be private.
