Tammy Lynn Koehler of Woodridge, NY passed away on March 6, 2018 at Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx. The daughter of Lowell Mullins and Kathi DeSousa, she was born on December 15, 1969 in Newburgh, NY. She was 48 years old. Tammy leaves behind her loving husband, Kirk K. Koehler, at home.
Survivors include her father, Lowell Mullins of Bloomingburg; mother, Kathi DeSousa of Newburgh; sons, Jeremiah DeGraw of Walden and Joshua DeGraw of Bloomingburg; daughter, Amber Mullins of Monticello; brothers, Joaquin DeSousa of Newburgh, Constantino DeSousa Jr. of Newburgh, Michael Olsen of Marlboro; four grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Tammy was predeceased by her son, Brian DeGraw as well as her brothers, Mark Mullins, Lonnie Mullins and Ronald Smith.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, March 16th from 6-8PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St. Walden, NY 12586.
