Charles F. Frey Jr. of Walden, NY passed away on March 11, 2018 at the NYS Veteran’s Home in Montrose, NY. The son of the late Charles F. and Henrietta Brenner Frey Sr., he was born on April 28, 1930 in Brooklyn, NY. He was 87 years old. Charles leaves behind his loving wife, Loretta Calastino Frey, at home.
Charles proudly served his country in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked as a salesman for Charles Frey & Son located in the Bronx, distributing food products.
In addition to his wife, survivors include his son, Charles F. Frey III and his wife, April, of Pennsylvania and three grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother, Leonard Frey.
Services and cremation are private. Memorial contributions may be made to NYS Veteran’s Home at Montrose, 2090 Albany Post Rd., Montrose, NY 10548.
