Donna L. Smith of Monroe, NY passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Town of Wallkill, NY. The daughter of the late Richard and Elaine Frasier Wallace, she was born on December 4, 1950 in Nevada. She was 67 years old.
Donna is survived by her daughters: Jennifer Hoblin and her husband, Edward of Montgomery and Renee Acard and her husband, Brian of Poughkeepsie; grandchildren: Marc, Sara, Alex, Isabella, Emma and Leia; great grandchildren: Hayes, Benson and Sariyah; brother, Leo Gross of Montgomery; sisters: Patricia and Judy, nieces and nephews.
Donna left behind many friends especially those closest with her, Scott, Charlie and Roland.
Funeral services and cremation will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Walden Humane Society.
