Michael P. McErlean of Newburgh, NY passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017. The son of James McErlean and Joan Johnson Gaffney, he was born on March 19, 1959 in Ozone Park, NY. He was 58 years old. He was a core driller for Warren George, Inc., Jersey City, NJ.
Michael is survived by his father, James McErlean of Oak Ridge, NJ; mother, Joan Gaffney of Middletown; sons: Michael, Jr, Daniel and James McErlean; brother, James McErlean, Jr of New Jersey; sister, Eileen McErlean of Walden; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 2-4 PM on Saturday, October 7th at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Prayer service will be held at 3 PM at the funeral home on October 7th. Cremation was in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh.
