Jeffery A. Green a resident of the area, NY passed away on January 21, 2013 in Walden, NY. He was 35 yrs. old. He was born on November 8, 1977 to John T. Green and the late Barbara Jobson in Newburgh, New York.
Jeffery was pursuing a career as a corrections officer as he was working with his cousin Ed Green at EFG Flooring co. installing carpeting. He was an avid Jet fan.
He is survived by his father John T. “Jack” Green at home in Walden, NY, Companion Rita Mathews, brother John Green Jr. of Walden, sister Dawn Bey and husband Chris of California, nephew Shawn, niece Briana, Uncle Ken Phillips of Pine Bush, Uncle Edward Green and wife Chickie of Rock Hill, NY, Cousins, Ken Phillips Jr. of Pine Bush, Ed Green and wife Colette of Rock Tavern, NY, Shawn Green of Mass and Kevin Green of Sloatsburg, NY.
He is predeceased by his mother Barbara Jobson Green and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday January 27, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home 39 Orchard St. Walden, NY 12586
Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday January 28, 2013 at 10 am.
Cremation will be in Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, NY
Burial of ashes will be in Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden, NY
A Memorial Tree was planted for Jeffery
