Christine L. Knight a local homemaker, passed away on Friday, February 1, 2013 at her family home in Walden, NY after a lifetime struggle with diabetes. The daughter of Richard and Karen Kennedy Degon, she was born on August 21, 1968 in Cornwall, NY. She was 44. Christine loved watching Seinfeld and Law and Order. She will be deeply missed by her family.
Christine is survived by her two daughters Jena Knight and Adrianna Donnolly of Walden, NY, granddaughter Emmah Chivattoni, brother Richard Degon and wife Jean of Montgomery, NY, sister Robin Kail and husband Jim of Walden, step-sisters Bonnie Pietracatella and husband James of Florida, Brenda Robinson of Glens Falls, NY, Debbie Dohner of Staten Island, several aunts and uncles, 12 nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her granddaughter Sereniti Rae Jayde Donnolly.
Visitation will be at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home 39 Orchard St. from 6-8 PM on Thursday February 7, 2013
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 8, 2013 at 11 AM at the Walden Baptist Church located at 38 Bank St., Walden NY

Memorial contributions may be made to The American Diabetes Association
