Louise M. Holsapple of Hudson, NY, formerly of Newburgh, a teacher’s aide for the Newburgh City School District, passed away on July 6, 2013 in Ghent, NY. She was 83 years old. The daughter of Louis and Dorothy Wynkoop Quick, she was born on August 28, 1929 in the Town of Shawangunk, NY.
Louise is survived by her husband, Stephen D. Holsapple of Hudson; a son, Louis E. Miller and his wife, Anita of Freehold, NJ; a daughter, Dawn M. Holsapple and her husband, John Mokszycki of Hudson; three grandsons, Stephen, Robert and Matthew; two granddaughters, Leah and Leslie; great granddaughter, Makenzie; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Louis Quick, Jr. and Leroy Quick and a sister, Loraine Brown.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2013 from 2-4 PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard Street, Walden, NY. Funeral services will be held at 4 PM following the visitation. Cremation was in the Cedar Hill Crematory. Newburgh.
Contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
