Karen McLoughlin of Cornwall, NY, formerly of Liberty, NY, a nurse for Mid Island Hospital, Bethpage,NY, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh, NY. She was 67 years old. The daughter of the late Louis Ratner and June Richards Ratner, she was born on August 27, 1946 in Liberty, NY.
Karen is survived by her mother, June Ratner of Liberty; son, Robert A. McLoughlin and his wife, Deborah of Cornwall; daughter, Jennifer Hoyt and her husband, Robert of Glendora, CA; brothers, Robert Ratner of Swan Lake, Milton Ratner of Liberty and Daniel Ratner of Liberty; three grandchildren, two great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A gather will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Elks Club, Liberty, NY. Cremation was in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, NY.
