Edward Majeski of Montgomery, NY, a retired bank officer for J P Morgan Chase in Manhattan, passed away on Friday, October 11, 2013 at Valley View Nursing Home, Goshen, NY. He was 82 years old. The son of Adam and Anna Sass Mierzejewski, he was born on August 17, 1931 in Brooklyn, NY. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War.
Edward is survived by his wife, Carmen Algarin Majeski at home; son Edward Majeski, Jr. of Montgomery; two daughters: Sally Majeski and Lori Majeski both of Montgomery; sister, Francine Messina of Calif.; and granddaughter, April Elaine Majeski. He was predeceased by his daughter, April Majeski, his sister, Anna Ronzino and his brother, Stanley Mierzejewski.
Private graveside services were held on Monday, October 21, 2013 at the Orange County Veterans Cemetery, Goshen, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Assoc.
