Carl Muller Jr. of Wallkill, NY, a former highway maintenance supervisor for the New York State Dept. of Transportation and a driver for Coach USA, formerly Shortline Bus, died Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at home. He was 67 years old. He was the son of Carl Sr. and Violet Brown Muller, born August 21, 1946 in Cornwall, NY.
He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a driver for Bill and Hillary Clinton and Al and Tipper Gore during their campaign online tour. He was the type of man who helped everybody and loved fishing, cooking and baking.
He is survived by his wife, Ada Ruiz Muller, at home; three sons: Carl Muller III of Plattekill, Chad Muller and his wife, Tara of Milford, PA and Erick Grajales of Wallkill; two daughters: Connie Wolff and her husband, Mike of Marlboro and Christine Muller of Newburgh; one brother, Barry Muller of Tennessee; one sister, Peggy Badami of Fort montgomery, NY; grandchildren: Cassidy, Cheyenne, Cody, Shane, Raven, Sydney, Corileye, Gina and Layla Rose; great-grandchild, Cailynn; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Carol Shaver.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday, November 23rd at 10 a.m. from the Walden Baptist Church, Bank St., Walden. Cremation will be in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, NY. Burial of his Cremains will follow memorial services in the Orange County Veteran’s Cemetery, Goshen.
