Nidia M. Vasta of Walden, NY, passed away on April 26, 2014 at the Kaplan Family Hospice Residence, Newburgh, NY. The daughter of Aldo and Carmella Masdonati, she was born on June 10, 1939 in Switzerland. She was 74 years old.
Nidia was the widow of Joseph Vasta. Along with her husband, Joe, they were the owners and operators of Deville Auto in Walden. She was a loving grandmother.
Survivors are her son-in-law, Robert June of Mogomery; granddaughters, Kristie Marie Kibby and Jacqueline Lee June; great granddaughter, Khloe June Kibby; brother, Dorian Masdonati and aunts, Ida Masdonati and Norma Toninelli. She was predeceased by her daughters, Elizabeth June and Michelle Vasta.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 16th at the Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden at 11 AM.
