Agnes Hanaberry of Walden, NY, a homemaker, passed away on June 18, 2014 at Wingate at Beacon. The daughter of Michael and Louise Kozakowski, she was born on January 6, 1920 in the Bronx, NY. She was 94 years old.
Agnes is survived by a brother, Stanley Kozakowski of San Diego, CA, nieces and nephews.
Cremation was in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, NY. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at the Church of the Most Precious Blood, Walden, NY at 10 AM.
