Ralph C. Taylor, of New Windsor, NY, passed away October 26, 2017 at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh. The son of the late Wallace B. and Iris Weeks Taylor, he was born March 3, 1943 in Fairfield, CT. He was 74 years old. Ralph was a truck driver for Mid-State Bus Co., Newburgh, NY.
Survivors include daughter, Kimmarie Beckwith and her husband, Dontay of Newburgh; sons, Ralph Taylor Jr. and his wife, Betty of West Palm Beach, FL, John Taylor and his wife, Becki of Starke, FL; brothers: Robert Taylor and his wife, Brenda of Newburgh, Wallace “Sonny” Taylor of New Windsor; sisters: Janice Britton and her husband, Billy of Walden, Mary Taylor of Walden; grandchildren, Tyler, Tiffany, Kori-Anna, Joey, Brittany, D.J., and Aiden, and great-granddaughter, Elli; several nieces and nephews. Ralph was predeceased by his daughter, Rhonda Taylor, and sisters, Harriet Latimore and Iris Pavlik.
A visitation will be held Monday, October 30th from 5-8PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Cremation will be private. Entombment will follow at Cedar Hill Mausoleum at a later date.
