Brian R. Gallagher of Walden, a sports blogger for DC Fanatic.com, passed away on August 16, 2014 at Orange Region Medical Center, Town of Wallkill, NY. The son of James Kenneth and Barbara Gilgar Gallagher, he was born on March 5, 1972 in Nyack, NY. He was 42 years old.
Brian is survived by his brothers, Terrance Gallagher and Stephen Gallagher both of Chicago; sisters, Susan Gallagher of Walden and Noreen Montemarano of Godfroy, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were private. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice for cancer research.
