Patricia M. Glass of Walden, NY passed away at home on Sunday, November 5, 2017. The daughter of the late Eugene and Minnie Decker Van Leuvan, she was born on August 27, 1943 in Walden, NY. She was 74 years old. Pat was employed as an insurance agent for Liberty Mutual, Washingtonville, NY and a former hairdresser. She also worked for the Village of Walden at the teen center. She was the widow of the late Douglas Glass.
Survivors are her daughter, Valerie; brothers: Harry Van Leuvan of West Virginia and Frank Van Leuvan of Colorado; two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Services and cremation were private. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
