Johanna K. Lacey of Walden, NY passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Montgomery Nursing Home, Montgomery. The daughter of the late John and Katherine Phelan Lacey, she was born on February 17, 1927 in New York City, NY. She was an executive assistant at the Woolworth Corp, New York City for 50 years.
Johanna is survived by Catherine Stelfox of Walden, Gerard Petrlak of Florida, Richard Lacey of New York City, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by Kathleen Lacey and James Petrlak.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, Oct. 19th from 4-6 PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10AM on Monday, October 20th at the Church of the Most Precious Blood, Walden. Burial will be in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Valhalla, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Town of Montgomery Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
