I have know Lenore since early elementary school at Chesnut Grove. I lived on Lake Drive and she lived around the corner on Collyer Ave. Next door to the Kurisko’s. We were both somewhat of a princess to our families and both had long blonde hair. I’m not sure which of our Mom’s bragged more. I can still see her Mom at the switchboard at CCHS and remember playing as a young child. She was always a young sponky beautiful woman who will be missed by many. Rest in peace dear friend.

Sandi & family – I was Lenore’s former secretary and friend
We stayed in touch during her illness and before and I had just heard from her Thanksgiving. I knew she had a hard battle but I thought she was coming through so I was shocked when I heard that she passed. I
have been battling breast cancer this year and she’s been right with me .
We have been encouraging each other. We both placed our life and hope
in Jesus & I know she is there in heaven waiting for us &
The blessed hope that we have on Christmas Day is that one day
we will see her again .

I remember the day she was born, she was flo and charlies princess, and uncle Benny’s little doll, she was loved by the entire Tellefsen family, her mom put her in dancing school, and she was a child star, wining many events. Her courage came from her dad, a hero uncle of mine, who went all through europe in a Sherman tank. ,,he was in the battle of the bulge and in the arden forest battle,he went threw hell ! She had his courage,I am sorry we drifted apart as we raised our children, but we talked, once a a while on the phone, went to lunch at the old Dave,s lake, where our family always went in the summer, a few years ago, she was a good person,
