Olive E. Pillius of Woodridge, NY, a homemaker, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Town of Wallkill, NY. The daughter of the late William and Phoebe Connely Simpson, she was born on June 3, 1943 in Monroe, NY. She was 71 years old.
Olive is survived by her sons, Raymond A. Pillius of Woodridge and Daniel W. Pillius, Jr. of Wallkill; daughter: Barbara Pillius-Erste and her husband, Peter of Connecticut; sister, Dolores Wilber of Scoharie, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
A gathering will be held on Friday, May 22nd from 6-8 PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden ,NY. Cremation was in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Walden Humane Society
