Eugene George Heck passed away at Orange Regional Medical Center on September 16, 2015. He was years 61old. He was born to Joseph and Charlotte O’Connell Heck in Newburgh, New York on January 26, 1954.
Gene worked in Maintenance for many years at the Thruway Market in Walden. He also worked in paving for Ron Degroodt Paving Co. in Walden. He was a member of VFW of Walden.
He is survived by; life partner, Donna Borman at home; daughter, Alyssa; son, Eric Borman of Walden; sister, Judith L. Tenney of Walden; grandchildren Alex and Zachary; nephews James and Kevin; niece, Stephanie.
He was predeceased by his parents and brother Joseph Heck.
Memorial Visitation will be on Thursday September 24, 2015 from 4-8PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, Inc. 39 Orchard St. Walden, NY 12586
A service will be held at 8 PM at the funeral home. Rev. James VanHouten will officiate.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Walden Human Society 2489 Albany Post Rd. Walden, NY 12586
