Yvonne Meiswinkel, a homemaker, of Walden, NY passed away on Friday, September 18, 2015 at the Warren Haven Nursing Home, Oxford, NJ. The daughter of the late Remi and Renee Capdevielle Peyssard, she was born on November 26, 1927 in New York City, NY. She was 87 years old. She was a member of the Walden Senior Citizens.
Yvonne is survived by her sons: Keith Meiswinkel of Wallkill; William F. Meiswinkel, Jr. and his wife Beverly, of Baltimore, MD; and Glenn Meiswinkel and his wife, Natasha of New Windsor; daughters: Joyce Marie Morley and her husband, Tony, of London, England; and Linda Ann Doherty and her husband, Michael of Washington, NJ; sister, Adrienne Carpenter of Sun City West, AZ; eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 7-9 PM on Tuesday, September 22nd at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 23rd at the Church of the Most Precious Blood, Walden. Burial will be in the Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
